# Customs Clearing

We conduct customs pre-clearance for every shipment using the EDI interchange, allowing for faster clearance and fewer delays. Our established customs deferment accounts at all major South African ports and airports simplify duty payments, ensuring efficient cargo handling. Regulatory inspections with relevant authorities—including Customs, Port Health, SAPS/Border Police, State Veterinary, and Plant Health—are arranged as needed. We also provide expert assistance in securing necessary trade permits, certificates, and compliance documentation.
